Medical Insurance
All Gambrinus employees are provided medical insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents on the first day of the month following 3 months of employment. All premiums are paid 100% by the company. This comprehensive Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan features a variety of doctors and hospitals and generous coverage levels to limit employee out-of-pocket expenses. In addition, a prescription drug plan is included.

Dental Insurance
All Gambrinus employees are provided dental insurance for themselves and their eligible dependents on the first day of the month following 3 months of employment. All premiums are paid 100% by the company. This traditional Indemnity plan covers most preventive, basic, and major dental procedures, and allows employees the freedom to visit the provider of their choice.

Life and AD&D Insurance
The Gambrinus Company pays the full cost of Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance for all employees equal to the employee’s annual salary and subject to the plan maximum.

Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Upon hire, The Gambrinus Company provides each employee with the protection of a Short Term and Long Term Disability policy at no cost to the employee. In the event that an employee must miss work due to an eligible disability, they may be able to collect a portion of their pay while they are absent.

Vision Insurance
Employees are eligible to purchase vision insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their dependents at very affordable rates. Premiums are paid via convenient payroll deduction.

Flexible Spending Account
Employees are immediately eligible to divert pre-tax dollars into an account designed to help offset costs associated with medical care and dependant/child care. A credit/debit card system eliminates the need for fronting the cost and seeking reimbursement for the medical portion of this plan.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible to participate in the 401k plan on the first of any month following just three months of service. Employees may defer up to 60% of their annual pre-tax income, subject to the plan maximum. The Gambrinus Company will match employee contributions “dollar-for-dollar” (100%) on the first 6% deferred, and participants will become vested at a rate of 20% per year.

529 College Savings Plan
Immediately upon beginning with the Company, employees are eligible to participate in a Section 529 college savings plan. This is a great way to save for the cost of tuition, room and board, books, and fees at most accredited colleges or universities nationwide. We've also made it very easy to participate by offering the ability to contribute via direct deposit from payroll.

Employee Assistance Program
All employees have access to a program that provides confidential services such as emergency travel services, counseling referrals, financial advice, parenting and child care assistance, and a variety of other work and family issues. These services are provided at no cost to the employees and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Time Off Benefits
All Gambrinus employees receive Eight (8) paid holidays. In addition, each employee is provided one (1) “Floating Holiday” which can be used as the employee desires after successful completion of 90 days of employment. Vacation time is provided at the rate of ten (10) days per year. These days are awarded at the beginning of the year, but are subject to successful completion of that year. Additional vacation time may be provided based on years of service. Sick time is provided at the rate of (5) days per year. This leave may be carried over to subsequent years with a maximum accrual of 25 days. These days are also awarded the beginning of the year, but are subject to successful completion of that year. In addition to the listed time off benefits, employees are eligible for Family Leave, Medical Leave, Personal Leave, Bereavement leave, Jury Duty leave, and Military leave.

Car Allowance and Mileage Reimbursement
Because many of the positions at The Gambrinus Company require employees to operate their own vehicles to complete their jobs, certain positions are provided a very generous monthly car allowance to maintain their vehicles. In addition, all employees are reimbursed for mileage incurred as a result of conducting business.
